This Journey Changed Me
My Story
FezaniMethod started about two years ago when I first fell in love with the gym. I would wake up at 5 AM every morning determined to change my life, but after weeks of training and not seeing results, I gave up.
A year later, I started again and once again, I quit.
I constantly compared myself to the girls I saw on social media. My body didn’t look like theirs. My stomach, my curves, my shape nothing seemed to match the image I thought I needed to become.
I kept trying to follow the same workouts and routines that worked for everyone else, but I still felt unhappy with myself. Eventually, I realized something important
I was never meant to look like anyone else. My journey was always supposed to be different.
A lot of what we see online isn’t real. Some people edit their photos, some have surgeries, and others only show the highlights.
Once I stopped chasing someone else’s body and started focusing on what worked for me, everything changed.
For eight months, I stayed consistent. I stopped obsessing over perfection and started focusing on discipline, growth, and becoming stronger mentally and physically.
I went from 100 pounds to 130 pounds, and eventually to 160 pounds. But the biggest transformation wasn’t my body it was my mindset.
I learned how to love myself, value myself, and appreciate my own journey instead of comparing it to someone else’s.
That’s what FezaniMethod is truly about. This isn’t about becoming your favorite influencer or trying to fit unrealistic standards. I
t’s about building confidence, discipline, self-worth, and becoming the strongest version of yourself physically and mentally.
Because real transformation starts within.
